Thread: Suggestion About Choosing A Broadband Plan

Guys..

Iam currently using 256kbps mtnl Unltd broadband internet connection.
Now I wanna change to another plan called Upto 2MBPS where night is unltd while day has 1.25GB data in a month to offer..

Since Iam pretty heavy on internet I wont download anything in DAY but will visits to forums regularly (or browsing)....

My question is this that 1.25GB data in a day will be enough for daytime or I will exceed this limit since I will regularly check forums etc.. (tho I wont download anything in day, only browsing) ???

Earlier, i used to subscribe Night unlimited plan 2mbps and i think 1.25gb free download was quite sufficient for me...keeping in mind that i am a heavy net user too....i really dont think that browsing wud make u consume more than the provided limit....occasionally i wud even download small files(movie,softwares)...

But the only disappointment that i had is that i didnt receive any extraordinary speed, just 24-26 kbps...something that i receive in my unlimited plan (trib 256kbps) right now....So before jumping on to this plan pls make sure that ur motive for shifting ur plan isnt "extra download speed"...

Try to now other people's suggestions too...And stay Happy!!

thx hans for the reply, i wanna speed so that i can get large number of movies or videos etc.. during night...
i heard from someone ....he was using this plan & could get a speed even near 1mb (downloading speed).. so this is the reason i m opting this plan so i can get this speed during night & get some good movies etc...
but what u hv written is simply surprising.... ??
