MTNL being a govt. PSU always updates its tariff plans and bandwidth on either 15th August or 1st January. But this time on 1st Jan there was no good news

Does any one have any update if MTNL has any plans on increasing all 256 Kbps plans to 512 Kbps and 2Mbps to 8 Mbps? Will there be any tariff changes etc if no B/W increase?
