Well till today i was a relatively satisfied customer of MTNL broadband having the 849 night unlimited plan. However for the last 1 month i experienced exactly 2 hour auto disconnections. My adsl light is rock solid but the connection drops exactly after 2 hours(on the dot). So today i called up mtnl helpline just to inquire whether they have a 2 hour auto disconnect policy and as expected they didnt know crap. on top of that they issued me a complaint number even though i wasnt complaining , just inquiring. Soon after that i notice that my speed has dropped from 2mbps to 512 kbps.
I want my speed back to 2mbps. if anyone knows the procedure then kindly reply coz ive called all the helpline numbers mtnl had to offer to no avail.
