Exclamation Confirm plan change from ....

    1. Website ( register . bol . net . in )
useless website. dunno who , when and how updates it. the fact that it shows night MB used ( ** Mb) , and ADSL MB left ( ** Mb) for a UL plan proves it.

    2. Customer Care .... hmmm

    3. MTNL officials - had bad experiences with them ... was assured by them that the plan has changed and then billed with the old plan --- and this assurance and wrong billing went for 3 months.

If there's any better option please advice. I have changed to UL, but afraid to use the net-- the fear of bankruptcy strikes as soon as i open the browser

    The thing is ..
from the 2nd of AUG, the Website ( register . bol . net . in ) shows that my account have changed to UL. I called CC (1500 ) to confirm. She said , it hasnt, and will be changed in a day. I called next day, another girl said the status of plan change is incomplete - and gave me another number to call. I called that number , the guy sounded nice and official, heard about my problem and told me that he would call back after looking into the matter. I wld have suicided had he actually called, but ofcourse he didnt.. Now, called CC ( 1500 ) again a few times with the same reply ... called the 2nd No. again - another guy picked up the phone and Said "if the website shows it, then the plan has changed". Not being sure if thats true - I called 1504 - they said same thing .. Called 1500 again few times.......... after 2-3 days - they said plan has been changed now .......

I know what you guys must be thinking, what is this guy's fckin problem ???
My concern is, the if the bill does come wrt the last plan , i will go bankrupt. I dont even have the NUMBER that CC gives when I asked them to change the plan. So, i dont have any proof , that I asked for a plan change - ofcourse I still have the Website ( register . bol . net . in ) -- but its MTNL website - dont want to rely on that ....
Any advice - good , bad , stupid, polite , angry will be appreciated.
