Rep Power: 5 | What sort of help do you require with torrents? Most of it is self explanatory. a) Download a bit torrent client. UTorrent is the best as it is very light weight and does not consume much resources. b) Just make sure that you have forwarded the ports correctly. Point (b) is your problem on why you are getting low speeds.
