Thread: got a bill of modem that i did not get from mtnl

hello guyz

thats why i think companies like mtnl sucks

i just got a connection five days earlier and i got a bill of modem that i did not take from mtnl . when i call customer care they don't know about that.
They are telling me to pay and saying may be it will adjust in the bill.

what should i do :cursing:

i think you got a bill in advance... they know that you will take one modem in future... lolz... call MTNL and ask aunty ji.. ki ye kya hai...

the aunty jis and uncle jis there are just dump dummies. Even the ppl at sanchar hatt are like this they even do not know the plan i was asking to take, then i help him finding in his file the plan i want to get.

tell me what to do
