Hi guys..
Please let me know the solution (if any), i applied and billed for the 1299 i.e. 512 kbps unlimited and i am getting the speed of 256 kbps. I complained several times on customer care service, but nothing has been done.
Please let me know what exactly i can do to make the things better.... for me its loosing big time as i am paying and still not getting services. Moreover i got the modem at my place on 20 aug and services got active on 10 Aug.
Can any one suggest me how to take the things with MTNL
