Hi all,
iv got a MTNL 2mbps connection for more than an year now but now when i try to play a multiplayer game like Call of Duty it gives me PING of over 450 when earlier it was like 180

i dont what is going on,this never happened before

..but speed does not seem to be an issue because youtube videos are running like always and surfing is also fine.When i test my ping for the DNS the reply time is 15-18,earlier this used to be 10-12..now is this a line problem

any help will be much appreciated

babu ... check ur net speed using any netspeed tool n verify that ur ping rates r in limits. n check out for the server to whom u r connecting.... sometimes the server's laggy

if not then tweaks wont help u much i have tryed a hell lot of such tricks... none works..
i too faced such things... now m gonan change to MTNL.....

I have seen some MTNL subscribers stating better performance after shifting their profile to Siemens server from Alcatel Server. U can do some checkup on that area too..

Can you please explain whats the alcatel server and whats the siemens one??
