How much connection speed is needed for IPTV?
Will BSNL's 2 mbps be enough?
^ 2 mbps is enough for receiving ip tv services .
MTNL has already announced its ip tv service &
BSNL will soon start this service at Pune and
Bangallore . BSNL gradually adds other cities ...
here is a good article on ip tv : wikipedia link
I have a very honest suggestion for those who are looking for an iptv connection.. just go for any satalite television like tata sky or dish tv or the new up comming reliance venture coz iptv at present doesnt support HDtv and the quality is crap as as compared to dth as there is a lot which needs to be done technology wise when it comes to iptv as its still a toddler compared to dth.
Tata sky's technology is the best available in the market as its tried and tested in the west and is backed by tech support from the worlds largest dth netwrk SKY
I would love to hear from members who have iptv connections abotu the quality.
I agree with admin as I have seen almost all the services because I have worked with MTNL and now I am with TATA sky. There is a huge difference in the strategy of both companies and also the quality is much higher in TATA sky.
