Thread: Down Time.

Many times I have seen down-time in MTNL internet broad band service and they take 3-4 days to fix it and if TV is also going to take that much of time then its really a poor service to take. I think going for MTNL IPTV is a bit risky, what do you think guys??

Yes technology always come with disadvantages as well but I think MTNL will make sure that lines carrying IPTV and VOIP are fixed as soon as possible as they are now lifelines and not just the telephone lines and also the load on MTNL has been reduced by many private companies like Reliance and airtel by reducing there customers.

Its not the capacity or the load, its just the basic attitude of MTNL employees which makes their customers suffer..

It would be nice to go with other service providers who are respoinsible and also who do not have this much long down-time or if you can then i would suggest you to go with Satellite TV.
