    yes you are right, there is no cause for worry. It is business as usual for us and we continue to serve all our 15 million customers, nationally. MTS is a law abiding organization and has always followed all due regulatory procedures. Going forward, we are looking at all possible judicial remedies to safe guard our customers interests.

    Frustating speed. Very bad service. don't take MTS datacard connection. I did follow up many times but they told that I am unable to fix your problem. you will get only 30-40 kbps speed for monthly rental 899/-. Purchase at your own risk.

    I've contacted the chat support 'n' number of times.
    The excuses they make are

    -You have exhausted your 3.1Mbps usage and are put on 1x mode
    Can someone explain me how is it possible to download 15GB at 0.13Mbps speed, that too in 10 days?, after checking the chat executive told that it was a mistake and I have downloaded approx 1.5GB of data

    -Try on a different PC
    I've hard formatted my Hard Drive, installed a fresh copy of OS assuming I had a virus on my system. Only to get disappointed, even tried the data card on my office PC, but no luck.

    -Reinstall the drivers
    I did this, only to waste time

    -Your issue will be re-solved soon (and disconnects the chat)
    I'm paying for 3.1Mbps speed, not to hear some choppy stories that you have a server problem or your tower got burned or your mom was sick, its not my problem.

    I simply demand a refund of my payment of Rs. 1298/- which I did on 18th April, am not interested in using MTS anymore or hearing apologies for the inconvenience caused.

    You can pull up the pending support ticket/request from my MDN Number, it has my contact number and the complete details of the issue along with all the developments that took place.
    Am not posting my contact number on a public forum for obvious reasons.
    The issue was supposed to be resolved by now, I keep hearing sick and lame excuses like "I've forwarded your request on priority basis, it'll get solved soon", when asked how soon? the rep says "I cannot say".

    All details are already provided in the support ticket, either
    1)Provide the refund of the amount I paid
    OR
    2)Fix up the speed issue and extend the validity of the recharge, I barely have 16 days left in the validity, and with the speed at which this device works, its good 4 nothing.

    1 things for sure, am not using or recommending MTS to anyone once this prepaid validity gets over.

    Hi there! Preeti_20! i was just passing by, when your Question got my attention! i dont own MTS Mblaze, but my brother does. last year in Dec., i went to Agra to pay a visit to him. There i got the chance to try my hands at this EVDO service!
    My experience with this thing was like WOW!!!!....just super awesome!! it was around 6 pm that day, when i decided to download a movie( a divx file,size 700 MB). i just cant explain how amazed i was to see the DL speed i was getting! it was around 350-400kbps! Hardly 45 min. passed & DL was already finished & i was ready to watch the movie! Surfing, browsing, watching online videos were a piece of cake! overall, a pleasant experience, i must say! there are a few very important things you must keep in ur mind before you get your hands on this EVDO thing!

    1. Make sure the nearest Tower/BTS (base terminal station) of your ISP is not far than 2 km from your residence.
    .
    2. this is EVDO! signal orientation keeps changing in such network. that means, if you are getting a good speed today at ur writing table, that doesnt mean things will be same tomorrow. it cud be anywhere next day! so you have to move ur a$$ a bit to find that spot where signal strength is stronger!
    .
    3. Always use a USB ext. cable, so that you can change the position of the modem more conveniently!

    MTS is the best option you have. Reliance is also good! dont know much about tata photon! BSNL EVDO is a total garbage! stay away from this useless piece of junk as far as you can!.... Gud luck!!!
