    Default MTS Mblaze frequent disconnection

    My MTS Mblaze at Ranchi is getting disconnected every so often 2-3 minutes.Intially it was good.Customer care says it may be due to weather,this is happeing for last 10 days.I am not convinced by cutomer care explanation.Need help.Anyone know what's wrong?

    you got to understand that their service is really bad...i got an m blaze too...im supposed to get atleast 2.9 Mbps and i get .5 or less...
    im on an unlimited plan..thats 999 plan...the say unlimited but its 30gb of usage only..and you get tolerable speed only first 15 Gb...and then you get some 60kbps browsing and dowload only 10-12 max...

    I agree with born2bairborne.

    MTS service is very bad. I have an unlimited plan too and I think their server counts wrong.

    I downloaded about 5 GB but their server thinks I have exceeded 12GB. And so the bandwidth has gone down according to 'fair use policy'.

    I saw some one else also complaining that MTS server counts wrong, in some other complaint forum.

    And many times I have to connect and disconnect and reconnect many times before any data starts flowing.

    For almost one week my D/L speed from MTS was 3-5 kbps, I was complaining everyday but they were not doing anything.

    Then I shouted at them and said I would leave their service, and then they fixed it.

    Then I said what about the one week I have lost because of you? It is a prepaid connection, compensate me for the time lost, and they said no.

    Very cheat, rogue company. And the speed is nothing great either, even when it is working 'ok' according to them.

    And I posted earlier about their server counter thing. I am very suspicious of how they count the user data download.

    i thing u have problem with your ports...
    the same was happening with me so i went to service center and made a complain, my port got lose...that s why it was always disconnected...
