I beg you all guys dont go for MTS Data Card

    Thumbs down I beg you all guys dont go for MTS Data Card

    Yes what i have request is 100% true, else you will suffer like me.

    If you are interseted plese read through why i am saying this.

    i got message from MTS agent saying the offer 1999, data card + one month unlimited download + reebok shoe

    this is where i went in wrong selection.

    i called up the agent i paid the same took the data card and said my invoice will be sent to my mail id, shoe will be given in one week and data card will be activated in half hour.

    After that i have called up and said i am unable to connected to internet.

    that is the first and last call he lifted the phone after that he is not reponding.
    Interested to speak call: +919884853174
    after that i trace out the customer care number and called: it is chargable,
    and to get connected to the customer care we need to spend atlest 3 to five rupees, if you are holding only MTS it is free.

    then i have raised complaint, the customer care people said it will resoved in 2 working days.

    after threedays i have called up again to customer care same and took again one complaint said two more days,

    after one week some technical guys came and checked the network and said MTS people will call me. without resolving the problem.

    After that third time happend with Customer care...

    one surprize is the will update the complaint saying tried to call be number is not reachable.

    this was been repeating:
    Now i am doing the same mail floating with : appellate.tn@mtsindia.in, and customercare@mtsindia.in

    Note: my one month have been started on 19thNo2010 and running but no usage of Data card and no one is responsible for this problem except myself as victim.

    please i request every one please dont go for MTS. Just you will loose money.

    i used MTS Mblaze for 6 months ... it is good enough, though pricey!

    They have FUP and do not have an unlimited plans, hence i stayed away from them.

    Agreed. MTS is cheater, stay away.

    MTS didn't have proper coverage .... also......!

    Best Option ..if you want to spend -- Tata Photon..!

    Best Option For Unlimted@Rs.759 -> Bsnl EVDO (max dl speed 280 kilobytes-per-sec)

    But if u have 3g modem you can try out BSNL / Reliance Smart 3G.

    BSNL 2G plan --> 6GB @ 270 and use it as 3G speed @ 200-380 kbps

    Default MTS sucks!!!!

    Even I have a same kind of experience, I bought 3 data cards from them but they never told me about the fair usage policy which as 15 GB then it came down to 12 GB. After 12GB it goes to 144Kbps which is really slow to access any webiste. I have thrown the device in the dust bin and will never use this **** any more.

    Default MTS is great for Chandrapur

    I have full sympathy for what happened with you. But MTS is a life saver for me. I am currently studying in chandrapur and MBlaze is new here, but the service is great, am using 999 UL plan(though the speed gets optimized after 15gb). But it has lower latency as compared to BSNL 3g hence i am able to play online games such as counter strike. And the download speed is also good

    Thumbs down MTS data card is very wort is CC and service

    I opted for MTS datacard MBLAZE 899 unlimited plan on 27/05/2011. From the start date i am not getting promised 3.1 Mbps. I got on average of 140 Kbps speed. On Tuesday(31/05/2011) i tried to connect the datacard. I got the error message as Server Not Responding. So i contacted the Customer Care, they informed me that my verfication was not completed, because of this they given only Rs.100/- as credit limit for one month, which i have used it for 3 days. If i want to continue the usage then i have pay Rs. 100/- more for one month.
    So i contacted the Local Salse Executive Amrudhin contact number 9150062241 to get the details, but he is not even picking the call either. So i tried to contact the customer care, but they informed me that the service is not active. My MTS data card number 9150160444.

    The local sales executive gave his manager number 9150000450 and his name is Fiyaz. I contacted the person and enquired about the connection details. But till now my connection is not up. Even i requested ver politely for the Connection. They did not even picking the call. Its a very bad attitude for the Sales Executive as well as Manager.


    My kind advice dont go for MTS data card. Worst customer care and worst Service. Please Please

    MTS is very bad. I recently got MTS unlimited connection.

    It is horrible. I am now looking for some other service provider. I dont want MTS anymore.

    Their server does not count properly. I have downloaded about 4-5 GB but the server thinks I have downloaded more than 12GB so my speed has beeen reduced.

    I saw someone else also complaining about wrong counting by server on some complaint forum.

    Plus it is so difficult to connect sometimes. Data doesnt flow at all. You have to either connect and disconnect many times or just give up.

    Horrible.

    Truth is something different. MTS is doing very good in south.. specially Kerela.

    there are three kinds of people my friend..
    1. who use like services of mts
    2. one who dont like services of mts
    3. one who dont use it..

    i have learnt about MTS kerela from the feedback of many guys here.

    i am using MTS data card about 1.6 years till now i did't got any complain, the speed also good, i did't make a single call to customer care so only i did not know about the customer service, according to the electronic device any problem comes at any time we may not assure that, this is my opinion

    Angry Mts sucks

    I am frm kolkata and using mts 999/- uL plan...I hardly used 2-4GB data nd message came to me saying ur 10gb data is over and after that i get totally sucking speed .....around 0.10-0.50 Mbps . PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM MTS...they are cheaters..........Even before the FUP limit i was getting poorest of speeds i.e 0.4-0.8 Mbps maximum and sumtimes nly....so my advice please avoid mts....

    Iam from south too. I was like you. Gave positive reviews to my friends and relatives. they are all after me for providing wrong info.

    It was good initially,with all those full page advt, but as the customer base increased there was no proportionate increase in efficiency or service.
