Yes what i have request is 100% true, else you will suffer like me.
If you are interseted plese read through why i am saying this.
i got message from MTS agent saying the offer 1999, data card + one month unlimited download + reebok shoe
this is where i went in wrong selection.
i called up the agent i paid the same took the data card and said my invoice will be sent to my mail id, shoe will be given in one week and data card will be activated in half hour.
After that i have called up and said i am unable to connected to internet.
that is the first and last call he lifted the phone after that he is not reponding.

after that i trace out the customer care number and called: it is chargable,
and to get connected to the customer care we need to spend atlest 3 to five rupees, if you are holding only MTS it is free.
then i have raised complaint, the customer care people said it will resoved in 2 working days.
after threedays i have called up again to customer care same and took again one complaint said two more days,
after one week some technical guys came and checked the network and said MTS people will call me. without resolving the problem.
After that third time happend with Customer care...
one surprize is the will update the complaint saying tried to call be number is not reachable.
this was been repeating:
Now i am doing the same mail floating with : firstname.lastname@example.org, and email@example.com
Note: my one month have been started on 19thNo2010 and running but no usage of Data card and no one is responsible for this problem except myself as victim.
please i request every one please dont go for MTS. Just you will loose money.
