Thread: MTC abrupt disconnection of service

Friends, what will you do when you buy MBlaze and submit the documents to the agent and then after a couple of days your internet gets disconnected because MTS says that you havent provided the documents.

And no matter how much you tell them, it never gets into their thick head that its not your fault. I am so irritated with their irresponsivenes. How can they just disconnect without even checking once since they have your phone no etc.

Its been so many days now but I dont get any response from any one them.

MTS is a CUSTOMER FLEECING COMPANY.

i have raised this issue alot of lot of times..
first they take your all documents... and who knows they will photocopy it, scan your photos and pass on numerous illegal connections on your name to others???

all the telecommunication companies are abusing consumer rights in this country...shame shame...
