Default MTS supplies CDMA1x for Broadband

    hai

I bought a MTS blaze broadband connection with Rs 999 unlimited on May 2011. They have supplied a Huawei ec122 Cdma1x HSD Usb stick for this connection.
The speed is very low during peak hours. also it is not unlimited 12Gb at normal speed and then it goes down to 144Kbps and then it goes below 64kbps i dont where it will end. (can not go below Zero). My doubt is whether they have supplied the correct modem as in their website it self they say cdma1x for 144 kbps max please see the details in the following link and clarify my doubt please

You have the right to lodge a direct complaint to Nodal officer..
mention that you were pledged for a bb connection but were given a 140 kbps cdma1x modem for it.. which is clear fraud..

thats 14KBps,?.. there is a very big difference between 14kilobits/s and 14KiloBytes/s.

theoretical speed of 1x network is 153.2 kbit/s..
