I would suggest u to go for MTS as I have tried Reliance, Vodafone n MTS is par above. Just check first if speeds in your area r good ?

^^Don't think so.. that is no concrete reason for someone not able to unlock a modem because it is a cdma.

Inside the data card there is a option to insert to other sim. but when i insert other sim it not working and it not asking for unlock code also. I tried through mobile partner software but it not working.
Please advice me.

it can't be used with other sim cuz its locked.
the cdma thing comes into picture only if it was unlocked - THEN, it will not accept GSM sims - only cdma sims.

Nothing yet. MTS use ZTE CDMA modems. I am not sure if a GSM SIM will work in it even if we unlock it. Are there any providers who offer CDMA SIM ?

I was working to get the method to unlock mts modem from a secretive mobile nukkad shop friend and yes it works. I'll make up a detailed procedure with lucid explanation soon. Anyone keen to unlock mts modem shall be able to use any other CDMA sim(not gsm MIND YOU!) With mblaze modem. Private message me your email id and I shall send you the procedure in a day or two.

If we try through restore the firmware of Mblazw data card ?????

MBLAZE is ZTE AC2766
Its network locked and you would need specialist help to unlock it.
Its a EVDO modem and would NOT work with GSM-3G
After unlocking you need an OMH RUIM to work with it.
Presently only BSNL an MTS provide EVDO anabled OMH RUIM.
Reliance CDMA and TATA provide only 1x based OMH RUIM and though they can be activated with EVDO, it requires lot of persuasion and effort with the Customer care.

BSNL offers RUIM for EVDO data usage, and 1x enabled voice RUIM
MTS offers EVDO enabled voice RUIM but you have to activate EVDO by sending sms VASACT HSD to 51230
Reliance old OMH RUIM comes with EVDO pre-activated, new ones requires activation. rimweb guys are doing great job!
Tata stops internet (evdo/1x) on new OMH RUIMs - only you can use BREW based internet access.
