My MTS connection has gone for toss since I installed Anti-virus software Kaspersky. There is no internet connectivity. I deleted all the temp files, I reinstalled MTS, still no internet. I uninstalled the anti virus thinking that it might be blocking the internet softwrae. Still no solution . MTS technician did a diagnosis and said that It's a system problem and I should reinstall the OS(Windows 7), I dont think its an OS issue, I think it has something to do with DNS/IP problem.
The same data card works fine on other machine, so it something to do with my machine but definetly nothing to do with OS.
