No Internet Connectiv ity

    Default No Internet Connectiv ity

    My MTS connection has gone for toss since I installed Anti-virus software Kaspersky. There is no internet connectivity. I deleted all the temp files, I reinstalled MTS, still no internet. I uninstalled the anti virus thinking that it might be blocking the internet softwrae. Still no solution . MTS technician did a diagnosis and said that It's a system problem and I should reinstall the OS(Windows 7), I dont think its an OS issue, I think it has something to do with DNS/IP problem.
    The same data card works fine on other machine, so it something to do with my machine but definetly nothing to do with OS.

    Pls help.

    It has been days since your reply above, but I haven't got any call, just wondering how many more days will I have to wait.I have already lost 15 days of my internet. Don't know whether I should continue recharging or just throw away the modem!
