Why no MTS
I purchased a datacard from MTS 4 days back. The seller gave me the box packed card , took the money, gave no bill. M/s Balaji enterprises, Mayur Vihar-I. Promised to get the card active in less than 24 hrs. 40 hrs later, after god knows how many calls, card got activated. 24 hrs later, I have been unable to use internet as the speed varies between 0 kbps & 50 kbps. signal goes from 1x to 3G but no internet for me. Called customer care 7 times. Was given a time frame of 5 days from the date of complaint. 24 hrs later, no response yet, been told to wait for the next 5 days patiently. So MTS can charge me Rs 999 for providing me with no internet. Must be making the company rich, robbing their customers. I plan to request for immediate cancellation of my account. Hope this company shuts down for good.
I stay in sector - 27, NOIDA, UP 201301. There has been no support whatsoever from the retailer or MTS
MTS is no doubt a good connection, but the problem with MTS is that if they generally have a lot of users where it works well, hence the slow speed which you get. Have you tried using the connection at different times of the day?
Have you tried using the connection in another part of your house or room, even a small distance can make a difference to the speed.
