We bought a POST PAID BROADBAND plan from MTS in Pondicherry just one day ago (11-06-2015). The DEMO was excellent. After the DONGLE was ACTIVATED the next day there was VERY SLOW or ZERO DATA TRANSFER!!!! Now I am unable to CANCEL the service as the GUY (Mr. Mahesh) who sold the plan and provided demo says he is HELPLESS and wants me to go to the 1800 Number which HAS NO SELECTION to communicate this request!!!! Imagine, we are SCREWED within 24 hours. Also, we will have to end up PAYING POST PAID FEE of Rs 999 +Tax for next TWO MONTHS from date of cancellation according to salesman Mr. Mahesh. This means a LOSS of Rs 3500/- WITHOUT GETTING ANY SERVICE FROM MTS. It is high time the Government INVESTIGATED this COWBOY OUTFIT and SHUT THEM DOWN!!! There are thousands of complaints by HELPLESS CUSTOMERS OF MTS all over the Internet. There is NO WAY one could TALK TO ANY HUMAN BEING in the organization and get any CUSTOMER SUPPORT for NON-FUNCTIONING OF DATA PLAN.
