This is to complain that I have not been able to connect internet from my MTS dongle that I got on 4th July.
I purchased it, and I was promised that it will get activated after verification call.
I got the verification call and I was promised that it will get activated in 2 hours.
However till today I have not been able to access internet on the device.
This is Kerala connection. For 2 weeks I have been in Calicut not a single KB of data I could use.
And now its near end of usage period I am not sure how to keep with this shitty connection if I am not able to connect to internet at all.
What do I do if I think this device is faulty?
I am attaching my usage details and the home page that I see once I connect.
I hope to get this resolved before my plan expires on 20th July.
Otherwise I may have to pull MTS to consumer court.
