MTS provides saver packages to make calls cheaper, and in order to activate or deactivate these you need to send MSaver codes to 52628, which is toll free. When message has been sent you will receive a confirmation message and money will begin to be deducted from the day you receive the confirmation message. Deactivation can only be done after a 30 day period.
