MTS customer care service is extremely Poor.

    Angry MTS customer care service is extremely Poor.

    MTS reveals by their Name:- MONEY THUG SERVICES..

    After from charging handsome Amount from customer they provide very poor service, in their all areas.
    I am writing this to explain all my pathetic experiences recently had with MTS. On 9th June , by mistake I recharged twice of 798 Rs. After that I logged the compliant for the same. Either they refund the money or they can extend the uses time limit for two months instead of one month. But they are such a trained Thugs. Firstly they closed the very first compliant without any resolution. Then same with Second compliant. Even staff from the ground level to upper all very well trained that how to make the fools to customer. After waiting 10 days given by them they took another 7 days and I end up with nothing. calls are being in held for long time and no response. Totally mental harassment. Telling you all believe me, lots of other ISP's are in market. They charge bit extra but also gives comfort and peace of mind. I am with this MTS since Nov.2011 and they don't bother to keep the customer just for loyalty sake. No more MTS ever.. End up with very -very BAD experience.

    Yes. Some of my friends also use MTS. The technical support guys are not adept at solving customer problems. It is high time that MTS raise the quality bar higher when it comes to customer service.
