Have we got used to these terror attacks?
This was just one of the lines in the conversation between Naseeruddin Shah & Anupam Kher. That conversation in the climax of the movie is not any another filmy dialogue. It’s what each and every common man of this country feels. We have so much anger in us against terrorism. But we are not able to do anything. Because we don’t have time to think about it. Because we have some many personal responsibilities. So we elect leader thinking that they will take care of this country. We all know how good our leaders are.Koi Mat****c***d button dhabakar yeh faisla nahin karega ki muhje kab marna hai…
(No b****d will decide when I should die by pressing the button (of a bomb)
- From the movie “A Wednesday (2008)”
Another terror attack in Mumbai. Over 80 killed & 900 injured. Nothing new. It’s been long time since we had a terror attack. News channels will be showing this news for a week...High alerts will be issues across the country. Security will be beefed up in the airports & railways stations. The day after the terrorist attack things will be normal & in the news they will show...this is the spirit of mumbai, etc, etc. Nothing can hamper the spirit of the city…. Few days later the police will release the sketch of the suspected terrorist. Then they will do some narco analysis & brain mapping test. Opposition party will use this as an agenda to attack the ruling party. BJP will say the UPA has failed to tackle terror. Then we public, will forget everything. Then another terror attack will take place & again the same thing will happen again.
Have we got used to these terror attacks. Have we started adjusting with it?
The terrorist who were all captured should be hanged/killed in full public view. They shouldn’t be allowed to live. They shouldn’t be shown any mercy. Some people may talk about the human rights all. But human rights don’t apply to these terrorist. If they want they can make use of PETA. These terrorist are not humans, they are animals.
