i voted for option 3. If I would have given this answer in some interview, i would have been unemployed but practically, satyam is like a big black spot on their resumes

hey this issue nothing doing with the employees.
But one thing sure,if the satyam employee try to switch to another concern, the host concern will take advantage of this issue and will offer them low compensation.
    guys do you agree this?

could anyone say, who added the 4th option in my poll.

just i want to inform them, i would choose the 4th option now.

Blame me again for adding the 4th option.

Good companies will not take unfair advantage of the situation of hiring Satyam employees at lower salaries just because they are in trouble right now. This will only create problems in the longer term and people may leave after a year. But yes, the ex-Satyamites will not have much bargaining ground.

I would stay at Satyam as they are not really kicking anyone out and those who plan to stay now will get faster promotions in future thats for sure... A lot of employees will leave now and those who stay back will reap profits

I am an optimist so might even sound foolish but this is how I would go about it stay back and reap profits latter. In case satyam shuts shop then will find a new job any way... why worry about something thats not even on the cards right now

For those who work for satyam :

Take a chill pill... satyam is not going any where... may be they will stop recruiting for some time but they wont kik anyone out is my opinion.

Look for a new job of course.
Even if there is a bailout, it'll be a long while before the company gets back on track.
