    Default About Sardars....

I recently saw a scene from a tamil movie. The movie is about a father & daughter. In that scene the father is discussing with this friend abt his daughter. The daughter is in love with some sardar.& this father dosen't wants a sardar son-in-law.He wants a tamilian son in law.

So this friend narrates him (the father) a incident which happened in delhi. He (father's friend) & his freinds were going in a taxi in delhi.& the driver was a sardar.Seeing this they started telling sardar jokes to each other. After they reached the destination. They gave the sardar the money & the sardar gave back them the change. Then the sardar gave them a 1 rupee coin & told them to give it any sardar beggar. These guys they roamed delhi for almost a week, but couldnt find a single sardar beggar.

[Now coming back to current scene]
The friend say to father that we keep cracking jokes on sardar.
These sardar will do anything..they have dhabas, they do their own buisness, etc but not begging.

This was just a scene from a movie..I believe what ever said above is true...
We have many people from delhi...So they could tell me if the above thing is true or...

They are very hardworking & friendly people...
Been to Chandigarh & its one of the best cities in India to live in.
Its wrong to single out any particular section of society...people should grow out of their narrow-minded thinking.

LOL There is a very big reason behind sikh people not resorting to begging even if they are dying of hungur.
You would find the reason in our history books
