Please Pray for my nephew - Yuvraj

Yuvraj,my 1 year old nephew.We celebrated his 1st birthday last week on Jan 6th.Now he is in the hospital.He has been diagnosed with Acute myeloid leukemia.Its a type of blood cancer.Currently he is under going treatment. But the doctors have given only 10% chance of survival.We family members haven't lost hope.Above us all there is some one,The God.If believe in God & I also believe that nothing will happen to my nephew.

Please pray for nephew.Please pray that gets well soon.

Yesterday evening we admitted him in the Apolo Hospital...Since then i am not feeling good.I am really unable to concentrate on my work...I am trying hard to divert my mind in other things...

Thanks you admin.Yesterday we got around 20~30 donors here in chennai.

His condition is better when compared to 4 days back..The White blood Cells (WBC) count has reduced.Sometime mid this week the doctors will give more info on the 1st stage of treatment.If the condition improves, then the doctors will go on with the 2nd stage of treatment.

thts a good positive sign....!!!! he ll recover in no time...be patient n let the doctors treat him.....

The treatment is currently going on.The doctors said that only after 12~15 days they would be able to tell whether he is out of danger or not...

i've lost quite a few of my contacts to the damned desease,
even my mother was diagnosed with the chronic variant 6 yrs ago (its treatable with a new type of medicine though and she has recovered extremely well thanks to the new treatment, Imatinib Mesylate, this was a lifesaver for her and the best thing that cud happen to me.... )

but just sincerely hoping ur nephew gets well...

i think they will be transplanting the bone marrow? but he's just an yr old so not sure if this is what they'll be doing...

i do not believe in any god or that sort of stuff so can't pray, just hoping with all my might. Do not worry Ramesh... we are all here for you.

Applo Chennai is the best we can think of for this kind of situation, lets hope they will come up with some good news..

My father is also getting treatement from Appolo Chennai and has over 90% damaged kidneys..
Their doctors are certainly the best in our country.
