Default Condition of Poor People In Indian Judiciary System

We know that law is equal for all the person either poor or rich both same. But if we look back then we can see that Indian law is very tough for poor people. The facility and human rights which has provided by Indian judiciary system practically all of the people are not getting such opportunity specially poor people is not getting such benefit.
Like few days ago i read news paper report in WB that couple of undertrial prisoner has committed to suicide reason that they have been arrested 3-4 years ago in some case and within three years the case has not started in any court and they don't know when hearing will start. They might be get bail from any court but problem is they not able to furnish the bond.
This is not the solitary case i have saw this problem is present in all over the India.
Not only that in any case if anyone who want to prove innocent himself or if anyone want to prove guilty to any other person both case person need money power and man power(because accused person sometimes under the prison anyone has to fight for him/her from outside). We know that lots of famous person and rich person are taking the privilege of law as they can.
But what will be happen for the poor people ? and how Indian judiciary system practically become same for all ? because don't forget that still 45-50% people in our country is under the BPL list(below poverty line) then how they will get social justice ?
Please give your opinion about this.

May be you are right but judiciary system is the major system in any country and all the person should get social justice by this system but problem is in India so many persons are poor they are not able to effort the huge expense in any legal fight and unfortunately almost 50% Indian's are poor so practically judiciary system is still not for them.

Poverty is one thing, parallely we need to improve the education and awareness of these people. Most poor people do not know the law nor are some interested in knowing. Some people fall prey to false cases. I saw a show in Vijay TV where a retired Judge said that a guy who was accused two cases got another 15 cases dumped on him. Since the defence could build a proper case on him he got punishment for all 15. The police personnel who cooked up the case cited pressure from their peers for this dirty task (talk about excuses).

I think if we can just start educating our public (poor or middle class) the govt or rich people might find it difficult to outwit the general public. What do you gusy say ?

We never know when India will able to remove the poverty may be it will take so much time. But our judiciary system is an essential part of country. At present poor people know that legal fight can't be possible with single penny in Indian judiciary system even sometimes they are not able to give bail money and accused has to wait for his hearing in court almost 3-4 years or even more some become frustrated and committed suicide in the jail. Now according to law they can easily get bail but practically how ?
Now is it not a very bad sign ? that judiciary system practically for the middle or upper class people. If it's true then how 42-45 % Indian are not getting benefit from this system.
