Default IPL 2009 will not be happen in India

In 2009 IPL will not be happen in India. This year due to Lokshbha election IPL will not be happen in Indian but BCCI said that it will take place either England or South Africa for this year.
But the big question is then this tournament can be say as 'Indian' Premier League or is this tournament will be successful in those country ?
Now BCCI can't cancel this tournament totally because already lots of money has involved in IPL.
I think although Indian sports lover will lose a great tournament in this year but if we consider from as practical point of view then i think such decision is very obvious thing in this circumstance because in south Asia terrorist activity has increased in last couple of year so better to stop tournament if security is not enough.

Its indeed a sad news for the cricket crazy fans. I don't blame the IPL committee for this. They had no option. Either they had to postpone/truncate/cancel the IPL-2 season. Any of these meant loss for the stakeholders.Loss running in to crores. The decision has been taken keeping the stakeholders in mind & I really support that. Without them (stakeholders) this tournament is not possible.

This year IPL will be happen in South Africa.Six venue already selected by IPL committee & SA cricket authority and that is Johannesburg,Cape Town,Durban, Bloemfontein,Port Elizabeth,Pretoria
But problem is in April-May SA weather is so cold (some times in May Johannesburg's temperature is around 0C to -5C) is that can create an affect in the performance of Indian or sub-continent cricketer(specially Indian domestic cricketer, don't forget every team need 7 Indian cricketer in final 11)

Is it regular(Big) one or just for 2-3 days??? Well if it's big one and SA manage to provide security then i believe it would be big shame for india....
