Default Prachanda quits, blames India

Prachanda, the first Prime Minister of Republic of Nepal resigned over the Army Chief row. He blames India for manipulating political situation in Nepal.

Why did he quit?

He along with his cabinet decided to sack the Army chief. This decision was not welcome to other political entities in Nepal. Due to strong protests President decided not to implement the decision and allowed the army chief to continue.

One of the major allies, Communist Party of Nepal (UML) withdraw its support. His party may fail if a confidence vote comes up. Prachanda is too wise to wait for that.

His problem with Army chief ?

Prachanda used to be the leader of the Maoist section in Nepal which successfully engaged the well organized Royal Army of Nepal (then) through Gurilla warfare. They even dared to confront with the army in direct encounters.

He wants the now disarmed Maosists (they say so) to be inducted in the army. ie, he want his men to be in Army. Army who suffered severe setbacks from Maoists morally feel this unacceptable. Whereas Prachanda wants this for a complete control over Nepal.

Ministry of External Affairs termed this as domestic problem of Nepal.

Seems Prachanda is a quick learner. After all, all Pak & Bangladesh leaders always blame India for all domestic problems to divert people from their own failures.

Its just pathetic. India has been treated like a dirty carpet for too long. Its high time we teach them some "respect" like China does. Nobody dares to raise a voice against China.

This is very common matter i don't think that Prachanda can stay in democratic process for to many days because they never believe in that ideology.
