Thread: Elections Out & Power Cuts In!!

With the conclusion of Lok Sabha polls, unscheduled power cuts are back at many places in India and making the people sweat in the sweltering heat. Power cuts ranging between 2-6 hours are being experienced by the residents in both the urban and rural areas of India. Before the parliamentary elections, people virtually enjoyed uninterrupted power supply, but now unscheduled cuts have started, which have further risen as the temperature rose.

Expect more. They must have held back many other things in the name of the election.

Always vote for a cause, not for our comfort and facilities.

This is really shameful. Electricity is not a luxury but a basic necessity. Now the politicians have "power", they have taken the power away from the people.

Look at it this way . Politics and Government are things which we pay for in Advance . That would be fine if they were people with a sense of duty and high moral character. We know exactly what kind get in . Supposing we went to buy soap and were shown just the wrapper which we could buy, the soap would come later would we buy?.

i don't give a damn to these politicians, and i don't have to worry about electricity because i have 5KVA(5000 Watts) generator which can run anything ,screw the power cut!!
