Y exactly is d power cuts in summer more -when v need it d most- than in any other season!!!!!?

Even in my area power cut not happen usually.But when it happen occasionally sometimes it takes long times to back the power

here still power cut 4 hours a day

In summer there is more demand for power. the grid gets overloaded
and there is only a fixed amount available so it is kind of like rationing.
everyone gets a portion of their needs so that the entire grid doesn't
collapse and everyone is without power.

Ever hear of the theory of Demand and Supply?

U know, in USA, Thomas Alva Edison's Birthday is celebrated by cutting power for 2mins.. But here i guess, due to over respect we celebrate it daily for 4-8hrs..

Its quite hot here buddies but no electricity problems.

I remember my fren in houston telling me during hurricane ike they were out of electricity for 13 days and it seemed like life has stopped for them.
