After recent reports that China is building its security across the border, India also making similar actions to improve its security. India though a peace loving country is surrounded by hostile neighbors. In the east it is Pakistan and in the west it is China. Bangladesh too is not a safe entity.

As an action to strengthen its defences, India test fired " Astra " an air to air, surface range missile. The test fired missile is an air to air beyond visual range missile. It was tested at Chandipur test range at 9.45 am today. The director of Integrated Test Range (ITR),S P Dash confirms it as a success. It comes as a part of recent decision to improve our air defences.
