Prasar Bharthi is the mouth piece of Indian Government. It controls and regulates media in the country and also manages Doordarshan. It is a very crucial post and need an able person to control and monitor media in India. Noted Journalist and writer Mrinal Pandey is appointed as Prasar Bharathi chairperson. There are many people who think it is a right move.

She showcase in Bathon Bathon mein an interactive program in Loksabha TV. She is also an editor of Hindi newspaper Hindustan. She has previous experience in working star news and Doordarshan. She replaces Arun Batnagar. She was the editor of Women’s Magazinne Vama. She will hold the office till 30 th April 2011.

When you need good posts at the highly reputed jobs.. You need good connections with important people.. Mrinal's Mother Shivani (a very famous Indian poet & more than just family friend of the Gandhi family) was also showered with too many goodies..


Interestingly. Kiran Bedi (India's First woman IAS)was denied post of DGP, Delhi and her junior was given the post.. why?? Because she was the one, who "CHALLANED Mrs. INDIRA Gandhi "while she was the P.M..
SO WHY THIS PARTIALITY FOR SOMEONE? OR MAYBE SONIYA GANDHI WAS DRIVING THAT CAR? i am afraid..

^^ ok friend,, that wasnt partiality.. but Mr. Chawla (a known delegate of congress (though Informally was appointed as Election comm. even though BJP researched that Chawla was getting funds from Congress party and had good "Family terms" with Sonia Gandhi.
Such a person, if found out true, should resign from the office.. but the one, did his left over job.

Similarly, Mr. Sacchar (Sacchar Committee fame) who can be seen as bullying BJP for unknown hatred and biased whole heartedly towards Congress and its so called "Minority" propoganda is seen nowadays on channels..

i am afraid, once BJP co Mr. Prabhu Chawla's tune also changing.
true. he sees Mr. Rajiv shukla successing so brilliantly from Media to politics, through "congress connections" and now he will replace Mr. Lalit Modi as IPL comm. and also Central Cricket board, so must be the thought for this while for Prabhu.

I am sure, connection with Mrs. Sonia Gandh pays alot.
Maybe. someday i will also supersede my seniors at Bank, and become the G.M (Jokingly)
