The Games which have come to India for the first time are going to be the most memorable Commonwealth Games ever held. We are confident that Delhi, with India behind it, will be able to achieve what many people believe may not be possible.

I am very big fan of A.R Rehman's high-thinking composition of the CWG theme..

As the Games Secretary MR. Bhanot says " You will know of A.R's Music only after two- or three times of listening" .. and i know why Mr. Bhanot said that.. heres the un-mentioned detail of the thought.. (really needs high thinking and humor- def. Mr. Kalmadi will not like it )

"oH Yaron yea India bula liya" (Pl come we have blindly invested)
"Ye khel hai (Paison ka), bada mel hai(Mantri, adhikarion ka), Mila diya...(Mitti mein desh ka paisa, aur naam).."

I haven't listened to the CWG theme song but people are telling me that it is very ordinary.

Actually, I was not at all impressed with "Jai Ho" either. I consider it to be a very mediocre output from the Rahman stable. ARR has many better titles to the credit - "Jai Ho" got famous only because of the Academy Award tag. Otherwise, it would not even top the Indian MTV/V charts.

A.r rehman is great secular muslim composer,so his music is always great. 5 crores is very small amount in front of his greatness.

CWG in India is going to be crap, sorry to say but its the fact, i will never want big games like CWG or World Cup etc to be held in India because it will only make the image of India worst.

Kalmadi is now an example of it.
