Thread: Explosions in Delhi

Four explosions rocked various places in Delhi on Saturday evening, injuring at least 40 people.

The blasts at Ghaffar market in Karol Bagh, at Connaught Place and Greater Kailash took place in a quick succession, police said.

The first blast took place at Ghaffar market in which at least 20 people were injured. They were rushed to nearby RML hospital.

Two explosions took place in Connaught Place in which at least 10 people were injured.

Another explosion rocked M-Block market in Greater Kailash-I.

I was watching BBC UK webpage few days back where i found in year 2008 till now about 22300 people got killed in such terrorist activities and about 10% of population is from India alone after india the second name was Iraq.

Today till 5.50 or 6pm i was there in GK 1 Barista (as its the first joint from my home, sadiq nagar) only sipping my americano but don't know how any why went back home early to get ready for work as i was getting bored on this weekly off. When i went back from GK 1 market every thing was fine and just after about 20 mins or so got a news flash saying Bomb Blast in CP, GK1 and Gaffer Market hmy:
Its very bad that we got so many stupid people in our country who don't have anything worth or good to do.

30 killed, 90 injured in 5 blasts across Delhi its really sad

They made my Bday a hell... i was planning to go out with family and friends in the evening and got this news...
Cancelled everything and many of my reporter frnds had a sleepless nights....
i dont know why these @ss0les had done this..

We are loosing a bit of our rights to stay safe or happilly....

Its really bad what happened, what is the point............terrorists need to think of what they going to get out of this, but then again they don't think that way.........you now have to think twice before visiting any busy place in Delhi!

My heart cries with grief at such acts . A lady has lost her children and her husband and in another case only the eyes are seen . Why does human lives have no value in India . After the blasts the Government , the opposition will lament and after a year same thing is repeating . While in US the Govt, besides lamenting took actions and there i find such acts are quite negligible. i think we should follow them and put a full stop to this madness and people should be safe .

this is not the end of story if you check news now you can see they are sending threads to do the same act in mumbai now and may target delhi again

If they have some religion or country then why the bloody hell there was a blast in Islamabad, where more than 60 died

It looked like it was a massive bomb at Marriot.. 60 people dead is a great loss.
They targetted Forigners in that attack.

The ones doing these things are the frustrated and disappointed ones. Though there cannot be any explanation for them to do it, I wonder, if these people will ever be able to achieve their goals this way.

I have a very good idea of punishing the guys who get convicted for these bombings...

Instead of life terms and death penelties they should be put in the NewDelhi zoo for the rest of their lives. It would be a great tourist attraction aswell and India can generate a bit of revenue by putting those dumb asses on display...

To add to their punishment I would recomend putting in a cage with a gay chimpanzee

Before the Marriott Hotel bombing the terrorist came out of the car(with the bombs) and told all the people nearby to run away as far away as they could...he himself stayed back

think how crazy he must have been ...... Very well aware of the Huge Bomb he was going to detonate ...i hope you saw the HUGE crator it made
