Default Terrorists using email spam folder for communications!!

Now this is real scary deal. Recent findings are pointing to spam found in email inboxes as one of the mediums by which terrorists are communicating with each other. The spam messages send so are usually in an encrypted form. This is made possible with the rise in a number of websites which provide bulk email options. Some specialized softwares are also made for the same purpose. Why are terrorists resorting to such tactics? Because 99% of the population do not bother to check their spam folders. Scary, aint it?

I made it a practice to delete spam folder every alternate day.
But even if such mails remain in our spam folder, how would it be accessed by them without hacking the mail.

Na its not like terrorists access ur inbox. the mail is sent to everone including the destined recipient.

The spam is intended as a decoy to hide that imp info is being transmitted.

If its spam , people won't be inclined to think that it can contain any important information. So on the whole it will mean that it can be considered as a secure medium for transmitting important info without arousing the suspicion that some deadly info is being transmitted.

i heard this kind of news almost a year ago. what i know - terrorists use the draft folder of email services for their purpose. 4-5 terrorists operating in different parts of the world share the same email id. they dont need to send mails to each other for communication. they create their messages and save them as drafts on that mail-id itself. so there is no communication to other mail ids.
