Hyderabad based IT Consulting major, Infotech Enterprises is acquiring Time to Market (TTM), and a US based ASIC design and embedded software solution firms and all its affiliates. TTM will be become a subsidiary of InfoTech’s US arm InfoTech Enterprises America Inc. The estimates say the value for acquisition would be around $ 9 million. TTMs has 15-20 active clients and estimated revenue of $ 7.5 million. It has almost 130 employees over all. TTMs acquisition will add about $ 4.5 million to InfoTech topline. InfoTech operates in engineering services and geospatial services and in the largest independent offshore provider in engineering services. TTM acquisition will help InfoTech in gaining expertise in semiconductor, consumer, computing, and telecom, medical and industrial automation.
