Thread: Google may quit China

China is the fastest growing economy in the world. It has around 350 million web surfers and annual search revenue of $ 1 billion. Google has issued a threat saying that the censorship is hindering its operation in the region. Inspite the huge market available, those internet companies who work in China has to go through strict censorship on various issues like Tibetan independence to Falun Gong spiritual movement.

This is inline with the recent loggerheads between China and US regarding internet freedom. US want to have an internet without censorship.
