Thread: Windows phone 7 launched

Steve Balmer launced the windows phone 7 at mobile congress with his usual fanfare ( hoping and dancing you know already).
Some of the great things I have said in my rumour thread have come true:
1. Xbox live integrated. You can play games.
2. Zune HD integrated. Listen music everywhere
3. Build from scratch. Windows Mobile series is dead. It is completely different from it.
Will have:

4. Office,OneNote and SharePoint
5 .Outlook Mobile
6. User friendly UI
Following are the manufacturing partners: Dell, Garmin, Asus, HTC, Hewlett-Packard, LG, Samsung, Sony Ericsson and Toshiba
Following are the carrier partners:AT&T, T-Mobile USA, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Deutsche Telekom AG, Orange, SFR, Telecom Italia, Telefónica, Telstra, and Vodafone

Hardware will have a button for bing and a FM tuner.



It is going to be made available on December. Further details on march.
