If you are regular with computers and net browsing you must be aware of what cache memory means. cache memory is a special type of memory designed to store most used data and enhance performance as cache memory is faster than RAM .
Cache is an important process speeding your computing available in many forms. There is page cache disk cache and even memory cache.
Cache on browsers is very important as it facilitates easy and fast loading of web pages loaded recently. But cache uses some of your computer memory.
If a web page isn’t loading well or showing some errors then clearing your browsers cache should help. Clearing cache can be done by using the internet options from tools menu .

Keyboard shortcut for clearing cache and reloading page is "Ctrl+F5"

There is a problem with browsers, when cache count goes high(if you set the cache of size upto or more than 500 MB). The browser cannot able to locate a particular file, then it starts using the processor upto 50 - 60 % all the time . This problem has two solutions:

1. Do not defragment the cache files.
2 Clear the cache(Best one).......
