Apple Computer has announced that they are launching their iTunes digital music store in New Zealand. The company has also launched their online store in the country for people who want to purchase their hardware and software products online.
The Apple Store in New Zealand would showcase their entire range of hardware and software products including the iPod range of players and the iLife ‘06 suite of digital lifestyle applications.
Apple fans in the region would also be able to order custom engraved iPod through the online Apple Store. They are also offering special education pricing to teachers and university and college students like they do in Europe and America.
Apple claims that their iTunes store in the region has a catalogue of over two million songs. Songs are priced at NZ$1.79, music videos at NZ$3.59 and most albums at NZ$17.99.
