Satmetrix Systems: Apple customers are a happy bunch
Research group Satmetrix Systems has said in a report that Mac makers Apple Computers is one highest rated tech companies in customer satisfaction.
Interestingly, this report comes at a time when the company is facing problems (excessive noise) with their recently launch MacBook Pro notebook computers. Apple iPod nano customers also were a disappointed lot with problems related to scratches.
Dr. Laura Brooks, vice president of research and business consulting at Satmetrix Systems said in a statement on their findings: “The companies with the highest Net Promoter scores are well known for their market performance and brand leadership.”
He added: “Apple, whose score far outranks its closest competitor, is well known for its passionate and dedicated customer base.”
Google and Symantec were other two popular tech companies rated high for customer satisfaction.
