Goldman Sachs wants goldmansex.com adult site down
Goldman Sachs Group is taking help of the National Arbitration Forum (NAF) to get a sex-themed Web site called goldmansex.com down.
The company submitted a complaint to the National Arbitration Forum (NAF) last week related to this website claiming that it would cause confusion for their clients as it contains objectionable content.
The bank added that the terms Goldman Sachs and goldman.com are registered. They declined to release more details on this latest domain squatting dispute.
However, the owner of the website Goldmansex.com, Rob Muller has said that the term “Goldman” was a nickname given to him by his friends. He also claimed that he has never heard of the bank Goldman Sachs in the past and had no intentions of making use of the popularity of this word.
He confirmed that the NAF has notified him of the complaint filed by the banking company. Muller has hired a lawyer and said that he intends to fight this case considering he feels that the site Goldmansex.com is in now way causing confusion with the bank’s identity.
