Yahoo has a new CEO and her name is Carol Bartz, and her first year salary is going to be at least $19 million and that too in cash, and on top of this if she can turn the struggling company around there will be a huge amount of incentive package waiting for her. Carol Bartz was previously an employer of a software maker Autodesk Inc, where she was getting $500,000. Depending on the financial position and progress of Yahoo Bartz can receive a bonus of up to $4 million, on top of a guaranteed $2.5 million of her 2009 payment and $7.5 million in Yahoo stocks!
