iGate to increase stake in US-based loan Pro Llc

iGate Global Solutions Ltd has said that they are increasing their stake in the US-based loan Pro Llc (LP). The company is acquiring an additional 5% stake in this company increasing their total stake in the company to 60 per cent.
This deal is part of the company’s plan to become an integrated technology and operations player. This would further enhance its presence in the mortgage space.
iGate has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange of this decision. iGate’s Chief Financial Officer N Ramachandran said in a statement: “The loan pro deal is strategic to us as it will strengthen our offerings in the mortgage services space.”
The company is essentially in a business to provide services include consulting, IT services, data analytics, enterprise systems, contact center and infrastructure management services.
