Rep Power: 3 | Reliance Retail has already tied up with Sanyo and Timex for their retail venture in India. The company is rumored to have completed a similar tie-up with FMCG major Dabur. Reliance Retail would now be selling various medicinal, personal and healthcare products manufactured by Dabur at their retail stores throughout the country. Reliance and Dabur have entered into a one-year pact. This deal should generate about Rs 90 crores in revenues annually for Dabur. Market sources claim that the company is also currently talking with Godrej group’s pesticide division Highcare. They plan to provide pesticides to farmers through which they would start acquiring agricultural goods for their stores. |
