Rep Power: 10 | Infosys to hire more for Chennai center India IT giants Infosys have said that they plan to hire as many as 25000 more professionals to expand operations in Chennai. The company would also be investing Rs 1,250 crore for this expansion plan. Infosys director, Human Resources, T V Mohandas Pai added that the company is on its way to setup their largest campus (125 acres) at the Mahindra City in Chennai. Infosys director, Human Resources, T V Mohandas Pai said in a statement: “We have told the (Tamil Nadu) government that we will have 25,000 jobs in Mahindra City in the next three-four years. We already have about 3,500 people working there. This year, we will hire 5,000 people in Tamil Nadu.” |
