Pervasive Software moves out of India as well
Apple Computers made big news when they announced their plans to move their operations out of the Indian market. Now, Pervasive Software has announced the same.
This US based vendor of data infrastructure software has said that they have closed down its software development subsidiary in Bangalore, India.
The company blamed it on the complexity of management of the operation. In addition, Pervasive Software added that the move was a costly one and did not make much financial sense.
Market analysts believe that this trend would continue in the coming years as more companies face similar issues related to management issues and increased costs of operating in India.
Pervasive had already announced that they would hire more people to work at their headquarters in Austin, Texas.
