Tata Coffee acquires Eight 0’ Clock Coffee Company for $ 220 million
Tata Coffee has said that they are acquiring Eight 0’ Clock Coffee Company based in USA. The deal is worth around USD 220 million.
EOC would give Tata Coffee a sizable entry platform and an established brand to target the competitive US market.
The American coffee market is worth around a massive $ 21 billion. The deal would be financed through a combination of equity and non-recourse debt.
This deal would help Tata Coffee to become a significant global player and would expand their reach to other countries.
