The deal is worth around USD 220 million. EOC would give Tata Coffee a sizable entry platform and an established brand to target the competitive US market. The American coffee market is worth around a massive $ 21 billion. The deal would be financed through a combination of equity and non-recourse debt. This deal would help Tata Coffee to become a significant global player and would expand their reach to other countries. |
