i think the best way is come back to natural beauty..

Regardless of how you how artificially you enhance one's beauty, ultimately the nature will run its own course and will eventually show up the real beauty. I feel that inner beauty is real, rest are just artificial. With all these artificial enhancement, one can get only bad reactions than good!

Well i would say the best way is to keep yourself fit as if the best natural way to keep yourself good looking and as of these surgeries then any one can look good.. from it.
